Marlene Lin, BS
Master's Student
Marlene is a master’s student in the Health Data Science program at UCSF. In 2023, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in computational biology with a minor in statistics at UCLA. Now she is working on her master’s thesis in the Rabinovici lab, aiming to identify Alzheimer’s disease subtypes based on the topographic distribution of tau burden by applying robust data-driven clustering methods on baseline tau-PET of sporadic early-onset patients from the LEADS cohort. Outside of lab, she part-times at the library data science help desk and enjoys watching motorsports as well as motorsports analytics. She likes reptiles and visits the sea turtle nature reserve in Huizhou regularly.
